Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quantyug platform, websites, and related services (the “Service”), operated by Quantyug. By accessing or using the Service, or by accepting them on behalf of an organization, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Quantyug provides AI-native, multi-tenant SaaS products — including Rentflow, HRMS, Gurukul, and Helix CRM — delivered on a subscription basis. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time to improve the Service, and we’ll aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Organization administrators are responsible for managing their users’ access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to access another tenant’s data or circumvent security or isolation controls.
• Probe, scan, disrupt, or overload the Service, or introduce malware.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or use the Service to send spam.

5. Subscriptions, billing & renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval stated at purchase (for example monthly or annually). Unless cancelled before the end of the current term, subscriptions renew automatically for a like period at the then-current rates. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We will give reasonable notice of price changes, which take effect on your next renewal.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Quantyug and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain all rights to the content your organization submits (“Customer Content”); you grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service.

7. Data & privacy

Our handling of personal data and Customer Content is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. For data processed inside the Service, your organization is the data controller and Quantyug acts as processor on its instructions, with strict multi-tenant isolation.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

We work hard to deliver a fast, reliable, secure Service. However, except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantyug and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make Customer Content available for export for a limited period, after which it may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have, the courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll provide reasonable notice — for example by posting the updated Terms here with a new “last updated” date or by notifying you in-product. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
